STA’s expertise in multi-family residential design includes creating model units and sales centers for multi-unit residential projects. Our goal is to enhance the design of a living unit with furnishings and accessories to help prospective buyers visualize and relate to the units on a personal level.

We place great value in research of residential design and have recently helped curate an exhibition with Design Museum Boston entitled “Innovative Urban Housing”, highlighting innovative approaches to urban housing focusing on community, environment and the creative use of space.
